Syed Abul Hussain Md. Nurullah

He is expert in rolling up Talent Management & development program, functional and leadership Intervention program. Being certified Income tax practitioner he is expert in Individual tax implication with corporate tax minimization.

Nurullah is expert for making the policy and procedure in standardized way by using best practices. He led the Regional and Global policy standardization project in Airtel and Samsung. Mr. Nurullah is well conversant in Labor Law 2006 and Labor rules 2015 in Bangladesh. Knows disciplinary action process and implication. Have proven track record in respect of Provident Fund, Worker Profit Participation Fund and Gratuity Fund management in line with Labor Law as well as Tax Law in Bangladesh. He managed organizational restructuring process in very well manner with a very good convincing power with his Labor Law expertise.

He implemented Human Resources Management Systems in Oracle being project Lead. He was the project lead for implementing outsourcing model which was unique in Bangladesh. He has a unique experience to work in change management process in merger-acquisition condition. He took many initiatives for employee engagement programs which were well appreciated and successful.

Masud Hossain, Director

R. Tareque Moudud

Mr. R. Tareque Moudud is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants, Bangladesh. He qualified in 1986 from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK and is a Member of the Institute. Mr. Moudud has worked in various sectors of the economy.

Moudud started his professional career by working in pharmaceutical manufacturing at G.D. Searle Ltd., a company based in the UK. Subsequently, after returning to Bangladesh, he worked for a foreign funded international development organization. His designation was Management Accountant. His responsibilities included internal audit, computerization of the Organization's accounting system and financial evaluation of its employment/income generating projects.

In 1997, Mr. Moudud joined the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) Bangladesh as its Executive Director. Main areas of work included corporate finance, vetting of IPO's developing concepts for introducing new financial "products", registration and licensing of Merchant Banks and monitoring the workings of brokerage firms.

Since January 2005 Mr. Moudud has been employed by a private University, both as a Faculty as well as a Director (since April 2006).

Mr. R. Tareque Moudud FCMA has also worked as a financial consultant on different projects of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Sheikh Nahar Mahmud
